The problems

What this actually fixes

Not a feature list. The things that go wrong on a normal week.

  • 01

Two dogs promised the same run at Christmas

Every stay is booked against a specific run for specific nights. A second booking on those nights is refused.

  • 02

Turning people away when you actually had space

Live occupancy across dates, so the desk can see what frees up Thursday before saying no.

  • 03

A dog arrives with lapsed vaccinations

Check-in reads the record against your protocol and warns at the door, and the recall goes out six weeks earlier so it rarely gets that far.

  • 04

“Did anyone give Bruno his tablets?”

Daily care logs, timestamped with a name against them, and medication plans pulled from the vet’s prescription.

  • 05

Peak weeks priced the same as February

Rates sit on the booking, so a December stay prices as a December stay without anyone remembering.

FAQ

Pet boarding software questions

Does it stop double-booking a run?
Yes, in the software rather than in a warning. The booking cannot be saved against a run that is already taken for those nights.
What happens if a dog’s vaccinations have lapsed?
Check-in flags it before the animal is in the building. The same due dates feed your recall list, so most lapses are caught weeks earlier.
Can I charge different rates at peak?
Yes. Rates are attached to the booking, so peak, standard and trough pricing apply on their own.
