Look up

Look up

One search box that takes a pet's name, the owner's name, a phone number, a microchip or any reference — and puts that animal's whole history on one screen.

What Look up does

The phone rings. “Hi, it's about Bruno.” You have about four seconds before the silence gets awkward. Type what they said — his name, your customer's name, the number they're calling from — and everything about that dog is on the screen: when he was last in, what you did, whether his boosters are current, whether he's in your kennels right now, and whether anything's owed.

Capabilities

Inside Look up

  • 01

    Type whatever they told you

A name, a phone number, a microchip, a booking reference, an invoice number. You don't pick a category first — it works out what you gave it and searches only that.

  • 02

    Phone numbers actually match

Someone reads out ten digits. You saved it years ago with a +91 and spaces in it. It still finds them. Sounds obvious; almost nothing does it.

  • 03

    Spelling optional

Brunno finds Bruno. Sourab finds Saurabh. Nobody's ever spelled a name right while writing it on a form with a lead in their other hand.

  • 04

    One history, not six tabs

Grooms, stays, consultations, jabs, prescriptions and invoices in one list, newest first. On a call nobody knows which module the answer is in.

  • 05

    The things people actually ask

Are his jabs up to date. How do you usually cut him. What does he eat. Is he still owed a session on his package. Have you still got his blanket. All on the same screen.

  • 06

    Ctrl-K from anywhere

You're mid-way through checking a dog in when the phone goes. Two keys, search, answer, back to what you were doing.
