All 46 of them, in the order a week actually runs. Real screens from the working app, not mockups.

The control centre

The screen the business is run from. It arranges itself around whose day it is — a groomer opens on their own board, the front desk on who is arriving and what is owed — and yesterday and tomorrow are one press away. What is already late comes first, and disappears when there is nothing wrong.

Pets, parents, phone numbers, microchips, reference codes. The phone rings and the caller ID gives you a number, so a number is what it searches best.

The part that actually matters. A dog groomed nine times, boarded twice and seen once by a vet is one file — with allergies and handling notes at the top, where whoever picks up the clippers will see them.

No account, no password, no app. Four fields and a time. Everything else is behind an optional link, because a long form on a phone at nine in the evening is a form nobody finishes.

What lands at your end

A request, not an entry in your diary. Accept it and the customer, the pet and the appointment are all created at once — and a regular is matched on their phone number rather than becoming a second record.

Times shown are genuinely free: opening hours, the person’s shift, approved leave and everything already booked, all considered. A slot offered and then refused on save is a promise already made to a customer.

A closed day offers nothing and says so. Booking outside hours is possible but has to be ticked deliberately, which is how the 7pm regular happens and the accidental 8am does not.

Priced by size band and coat type, because a large double coat is a different job from a small smooth one. One number for "full groom" is how salons underprice their hardest work.

What the screenshots don’t show

Everything above is the easy half. The half you cannot photograph: your records are visible to your business and nobody else, enforced by the database on every query rather than by the app remembering to ask. Roles are checked twice — once in the interface, once underneath, and the second one is the one that counts. Card details never touch our servers. Nothing is deleted silently: archiving keeps history, and an issued invoice can be voided or credited but never quietly edited.

If you would rather read than click, there is aweek in a pet business— the same screens, in the order the work happens.
