Invoices
Invoices
Invoices raised from the work you already recorded, with proper numbering, part payments, void with a reason, and credit notes when you need them.

What Invoices does
Not a point of sale — you already have a card machine and a UPI code. What you don't have is a record tying what you did to that animal to what you charged for it. Finish a groom, close a stay, see a pet, and the invoice is a button: every line already there, priced as you recorded it.

Inside Invoices
01
Raised from the work, not typed again
A groom brings its own lines. A stay brings the nights, the kennel rate and every extra. A consultation brings the fee and anything given during it.
02
Numbers with no gaps
Per business, per year, given out when you issue rather than when you start. An auditor's first question, answered before it's asked.
03
Issued means issued
Once it has a number and the customer has it, the software won't let anyone quietly edit it. Corrections are a credit note. Mistakes are a void with a reason attached.
04
Part payments, honestly
A deposit now, the balance at collection. Cash, card, UPI, bank transfer or cheque. The balance updates and each payment gets its own receipt.
05
A deposit is a payment, not a discount
Money you took at check-in shows as money taken, with the rest still owed. Netting it off would hide cash you actually collected.
06
Tax only if you charge tax
Off by default, because plenty of pet businesses aren't registered. Turn it on, set the rate and the label, and it applies per line.
07
Out to a spreadsheet when you need it
Export invoices to CSV, a row per line, with the customer and tax details as they were on the day. It opens in Excel without mangling anything, and it is what your accountant asks for.
08
What it said is what it says
Your business details and theirs are copied onto the document when you issue it. Changing your address next year does not rewrite last year.

Works with
Look up
One search box that takes a pet's name, the owner's name, a phone number, a microchip or any reference — and puts that animal's whole history on one screen.
Appointments
One diary for grooming, boarding, daycare and the vet room, with reminders that go out on their own and a calendar invite the customer can actually add.
Grooming
A board of who is in, who is on the table and who is ready, with prices that already know the breed, photos on the file, and commission that adds itself up.
